The International Filmfest Germany is dedicated to filmmakers from all over the world and short films of all genres and especially first time filmmakers who have a passion for producing films that are well developed and have an interesting story-line.
Our awards competition is dedicated to recognizing filmmakers, their hard work and efforts and once a year we have screenings at cinemas in Berlin where the best films of the year will be shown to a live audience.
All submitted films will be previewed by a team of ten experienced judges who then evaluate the films during each season.
All winners of each season will published on this website at the end of the season. A range of the selected films will be screened during the festival at theatres in Germany. The main event will be held in Berlin at the FSK Kino in Kreuzberg where the awards will be presented as well live screenings of award winning films.
The event will take place from 4.Sept 26 till 30.Sept 26.
